Please use the colour chart to choose the colour. After placing the order you will be taken to a page from where you can add your instructions. As all of our items are handmade they may not be completely identical in size and might vary slightly in colour or size from the picture shown.
Due to cost fluctuations, prices may vary at any time. All prices and postage and packaging charges are subject to change without notice. All orders are accepted by Layla's Sugar Flowers upon the provision that prices will be those in effect at the time of the acceptance of the order.

The items are posted within 2-7 business days after the payment is received. Please let us know if they are needed urgently.
We send the items by Australia Post. It might take 2-6 working days to reach you from the day when we posted out depending on your location. It might be longer during long weekends and during holiday season. Please let us know if you want them sent by express post. Please allow enough time to receive them as we can't guarantee any delivery dates.

Please contact us if you do not want to use our shopping cart and would like to pay by direct deposit, cheque or MO. The items are shipped once the payment is cleared. Goods remain the property of Layla's Sugar Flowers until paid for in full.
No claims for damages will be recognized unless made 7 days within receipt of goods. Either the damaged goods should be returned or a photo evidence should be provided. Either we send you the replacements or make a refund for the damaged goods. We usually send the items to the address provided during check out. We can post them to different address if you want us to do so. We do not accept returns if instructions regarding colour or size weren't provided at the time of shopping. We do not take responsibility if wrong postal address was provided during check out.
The compensation we provide would be the full amount of the particular transaction if the product doesnt reach you and it is entirely our mistake. We wont be held liable if Auspost makes a mistake delivering the items.
